also a member of the Advisory Board for the M&I Bank, Kenosha
group, and is on the Board of Directors for the American Meat
Institute (AMI); currently serving on the Executive Committee
of AMI. |

Financial Officer and Vice President. He has been a
member of the Kenosha Beef International Board of Directors
since 1991. With ten years of experience
as an Audit Manger, Jerry’s an expert on providing real-time
and practical information for our operations and sales disciplines. |

25 years, and has held his current title since 1992. John oversees
meat procurement and utilization, and manages Birchwood’s
four manufacturing facilities. His attention to quality and
detail has made him skilled at attaining efficiency and cost

Michael has served with Kenosha Beef International, Ltd. for
over 21 years. He provides the day-to-day leadership associated
with managing three of Kenosha Beef’s business units:.
- Birchwood Transport Inc. — our contract motor
carrier.
- Kenosha Rendering LLC — independent
renders making high quality tallow and Meat and Bone meal
products.
- BIOsource Fuels LLC — our design
build engineering firm specializing in high quality low cost
bio-diesel production
plants.
Mike also serves on the board of directors for the Wisconsin
Motor Carrier Association and the Fats and Proteins research
Foundation. |

Phyllis has been with Kenosha Beef International, Ltd. for
8 years. With over 16 years of experience in Human Resources
and Safety Management, Phyllis is responsible for procuring
and training employees, as well as managing company program’s
policies and procedures. Phyllis chairs the Human Resources
Committee for the American Meat Institute. |
