Maintenance Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Clerk to support our maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, processing requisitions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the stockroom is clean and well-organized. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
  • Create and manage requisitions for parts, tools, and supplies
  • Process service purchase orders (POs) and invoices
  • Receive and verify incoming orders; update inventory records
  • Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness
  • Log stock issues and returns in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Track and manage returns and repairs of defective items
  • Maintain accurate equipment records in CMMS
  • Plan and generate work orders to support maintenance activities

Qualifications

  • Technical degree in maintenance or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with CMMS platforms (EAM, MP2, SAP) is a plus
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
