In 1936, Frank Vignieri founded Birchwood Foods to honor the area’s agricultural heritage while building a better life for his neighbors and their families. Three generations later, Birchwood Foods, still guided by the Vignieri family, has become a driving force in the restaurant, retail and foodservice industries. We take great pride in all we’ve built, but our greatest accomplishment will always be how we give back to the people and communities we call home.
