Maintenance Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Clerk to support our maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, processing requisitions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the stockroom is clean and well-organized. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Create and manage requisitions for parts, tools, and supplies
- Process service purchase orders (POs) and invoices
- Receive and verify incoming orders; update inventory records
- Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness
- Log stock issues and returns in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Track and manage returns and repairs of defective items
- Maintain accurate equipment records in CMMS
- Plan and generate work orders to support maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Technical degree in maintenance or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with CMMS platforms (EAM, MP2, SAP) is a plus
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
